POLYMUST® COLOR is an allergen free preparation, associating PVPP, bentonite and active carbon intended for fining and color correction of rosé and white musts.

Specifically formulated for an application on musts before or during fermentation POLYMUST® COLOR is used for:

• Fining (decontamination and deproteinization).

• Depigmentation and correction of the color of white and rosé must initialy too colored.

Dose: 40 to 60 g/hl.

Packaging: 10kg Bag.
